The Full Story

Growing up, relationships meant everything to me—so much so that they often came at the expense of myself. I didn’t know that I needed a sense of identity: my values, my interests, how to enjoy my own company, and ultimately what kind of people I actually wanted to surround myself with. All I knew was that I valued fun, pleasure, and connection above all else.

That longing for connection led me down many paths. At times, it meant experimenting with drugs because I was always chasing a feeling—of closeness, of unity, of something bigger than myself. I wanted connection not just with people, but with the universe, with the unseen and the metaphysical.

I’ve interacted with, befriended, and even dated so many different kinds of people. And somewhere along the way, I lost myself in the middle of all those stories. But I can also safely say this: I truly love meeting different kinds of people. I’ve witnessed so many traumas, soul purposes, lifestyles, aesthetics, and ways of being. Those connections were meaningful, even if many eventually came to an end.

Over time, I learned something essential: relationships flourish when you know yourself. I learned how to maintain connections, build new ones with intention, and create boundaries that honor who I am. And what I discovered is this—when we understand our emotions, our triggers, our shadows, and our deepest values, meaningful relationships don’t just happen; they become natural. The work you do within yourself inevitably ripples outward.

I’ve been in therapy myself for 20 years, working as a client to understand my mind, emotions, and patterns. Two of those years were spent in full-time psychoanalysis, attending sessions four times a week. Professionally, I’ve also worked in therapy for seven years and trained across various therapeutic models, learning how to help others navigate their emotional worlds.

Along the way, I also explored areas like astrology and alchemy, drawn to the deeper mysteries of human experience and the ways we make meaning in life.

I’ve also received professional training and supervision in CBT, DBT, and IFS, which deepened my understanding of how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and inner parts shape the human experience. At the same time, my personal love for dance, yoga, movement, and embodiment taught me something equally important: healing is not only intellectual—it lives in the body as well.

Because of this, my approach is deeply rooted in embodiment and alignment. I believe true transformation happens when the mind, body, heart, and soul are no longer working against one another, but in harmony. Through emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, movement, reflection, and inner exploration, I help guide people back to themselves—to their truth, their power, and their Rūḥ (روح).

Now, I strongly and confidently believe this: your heart is your guide. Everything we do, even our most “logical” decisions, ultimately comes back to emotions. Success, failure, ambition, relationships—they’re all deeply emotional experiences. When someone gets a promotion, it’s not just about skills or strategy—it’s about feeling capable, recognized, or proud. When someone experiences heartbreak or disappointment, it’s not just circumstance—it’s the raw, underlying emotions that shape our response. Human beings are emotional; emotions aren’t a weakness—they are the engine of our lives. Understanding your emotions, learning to regulate them, and knowing how they drive your thoughts and actions is the key to navigating life with clarity, power, and purpose.

There is so much we can explore and transform in this lifetime, and I am here to help you navigate that journey. I came to understand that I am the wounded healer—I had to learn myself in order to support others. I’m here to help you understand your emotions, your shadows, and how to move through them. It’s simple in theory, yet it’s the very thing most people struggle with. At the end of the day, everything comes down to emotions. When you understand what you feel, and how to regulate and work with those emotions, everything begins to shift.

And so, what I offer now is not therapy—although my background is rooted in it. I’ve chosen to take a more radical path. This is a different kind of support, one that helps you transcend into your higher self and access a new level of consciousness.
